These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by MOBILE SECURITY TASKFORCE (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our services, visiting our website, or entering into a service agreement, you (“you”, “the client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
- Mobile patrols
- Static guarding
- Event security
- Alarm response
- Site inspections
- Residential and commercial protection Service delivery will be defined in a service agreement or booking confirmation tailored to your specific requirements.
Bookings & Quotes
- Booking a service constitutes acceptance of the quote and these terms.
- Service changes must be requested in writing and approved by both parties.
- A deposit or prepayment may be required for certain services or new clients.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.
- Ensure safe access to your premises or event site.
- Comply with any legal or regulatory obligations relevant to your site.
- Treat our personnel with respect and professionalism.
- Notify us of any known risks or hazards on site. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of services.
Payment Terms
- Late payments may incur a fee of $25 or 5% of the invoice total per month.
- We reserve the right to withhold or terminate services due to non-payment.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to 50% of the total service fee.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged in full.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage caused by third parties or beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service provided.
Staff Conduct & Safety
- Remove our staff from any situation that poses a safety risk.
- Refuse or terminate services where staff are subjected to abuse, unsafe conditions, or unlawful conduct
- We take workplace safety and respectful treatment of our team very seriously.
Use of Surveillance Equipment
- You acknowledge and consent to their lawful use for security, safety, and accountability purposes.
- All data captured will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant Australian laws.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, emergencies, civil unrest, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Termination of Services
- Breach of these terms
- Non-payment
- Unsafe working conditions
- Illegal or unethical conduct
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Liberia, or the state/territory where the service is delivered. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
Amendments
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
