ACTIVITIES OF MOBILE SECURITY TASKFORCE (MST)

  • Conduct foot and vehicle patrols in neighbourhoods, business areas, institutions, and high-risk zones.
  • Use marked vehicles and uniforms to maintain high visibility and deter criminal activity.
  • Monitor entry and exit points at residences, offices, schools, hospitals, and public facilities.
  • Verify identification, manage visitor logs, and prevent unauthorized access. 
  • Operate CCTV and other surveillance equipment to monitor key areas.
  • Observe live feeds and promptly report suspicious behaviour or potential security threats.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies including theft, vandalism, domestic disturbances, medical emergencies, or alarms.
  • Contain situations until the arrival of police, ambulance, or fire service
  • Provide personal protection for VIPs, business owners, staff, and residents traveling within high-risk areas.
  • Escort and safeguard vehicles transporting cash, valuables, or sensitive
  • Ensure order during public gatherings, events, demonstrations, and other high-density activities.
  • Manage parking, direct traffic, and assist in emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Offer basic first aid services in emergency situations.
  • Assist injured individuals and ensure swift referral to medical facilities.

FUNCTIONALITIES OF MST

Mobile Rapid Response Unit
  • Teams equipped to respond immediately to distress calls, security breaches, and suspicious activity reports.
  • Units are coordinated through a central command system with real-time GPS tracking and communication tools.
  • Support local law enforcement by reporting and tracking minor offenses.
  • Assist in neighbourhood watch initiatives and community safety outreach. 
  • Monitor vulnerable zones such as schools, marketplaces, and unlit areas.
  • Detect early signs of danger and escalate cases before they become full-scale
  • Gather local intelligence from residents, businesses, and informal networks.
  • Provide detailed, timely reports and threat assessments to clients and local authorities
  • Train community members, private guards, and employees in safety awareness, conflict de-escalation, and emergency response.
